Subscription refunds
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support as soon as possible with your account email and payment details. Refund eligibility depends on usage, timing and payment review requirements.
Credits and usage
Used credits, generations and exports may not be refundable once consumed. We do not guarantee specific audience growth, virality, revenue or earnings from generated content.

When enabled, billing and subscriptions are managed through secure checkout. Refund options may also depend on payment processing requirements.
