Information we use
We may process account details, project inputs, uploads, generated outputs, usage events and billing status. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before publishing.
Your content
You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, generated content and published content you create with Vision1313AI.
Trusted services
We use trusted services to host the app, manage accounts, process payments and generate creator outputs. Sensitive service credentials are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser.
Google AdSense and advertising partners
Vision1313AI may use Google AdSense on substantial public editorial pages such as guides. The route-gated AdSense account tag may load on those guide pages so Google Privacy & Messaging can show Google-managed consent messages where configured. Ads are not intended for login, dashboard, studio, billing, account, loading, error or private application screens. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve, measure and improve ads when advertising consent and applicable law allow it.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies support sign-in, security and preference storage. The site cookie preferences interface manages first-party essential and analytics preferences only. Google advertising consent for AdSense is handled through Google Privacy & Messaging where it applies, not through our lightweight first-party preferences panel.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
Where advertising is enabled, ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, location and Google account settings. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or similar local storage where legally required. Vision1313AI does not label its lightweight first-party preference tool as a Google-certified consent management platform.

IP addresses and web beacons
Hosting, security, analytics and advertising services may process IP addresses, device data, browser information, referring URLs, pages viewed and web beacon events for security, measurement, fraud prevention, ad delivery and service improvement.
Data retention
We retain account, billing, security, project and support records only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention and operational records. Generated content and project data may remain until deleted by the user or handled through a support request.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict certain personal data. We will respond to privacy requests through the support contact below, subject to identity, security, billing and legal requirements.
Your choices
